Dr. Blaine Hansen
Dr. Blaine Hansen is originally from Utah but has claimed Vegas as his home now for over a decade. He is board-certified and has been practicing in Las Vegas for over 10 years. He graduated magna cum laude from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He then pursued his dental degree at the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with high distinction, was admitted to Omicron Kappa Upsilon (The National Dental Honor Society), and won several prestigious national academic awards.
After graduation, Dr. Hansen started his private practice in Las Vegas, where he and his staff take pride in providing excellent service in a warm, family atmosphere. Staff members at Hansen Orthodontics stay current in orthodontics by attending continuing education courses each year, and Dr. Hansen also participates in several professional associations including the American Association of Orthodontists, Nevada State Orthodontic Society, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and the Nevada Dental Association.
In addition to his degrees and memberships, Dr. Hansen is a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics; this honor is only awarded to orthodontists who demonstrate outstanding performance in treatment and diagnosis of orthodontic patient care, and he’s proud to uphold those standards.
Dr. Hansen lives in sunny Las Vegas with his wife, Katie, and their six children. When he is not spending time with his family, he actively participates in his church and enjoys a variety of sports.
Dr. Tyson Miller
Dr. Tyson Miller was raised in Henderson, Nevada where he attended Green Valley High School. Athletics played a large role in his upbringing, teaching him teamwork, patience, and hard work. Dr. Miller’s dedication to sports is what ultimately led to his being recruited to play soccer for Brigham Young University.
During his time at BYU, Dr. Miller took a two-year break from his education to serve a mission for his church in Santiago, Chile. After his mission, he returned to Brigham Young University where he graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science.
After college, he returned to Las Vegas where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from UNLV School of Dental Medicine, graduating Cum Laude. Dr. Miller then went on to complete a two-year residency program at Jacksonville University where he earned his specialty certificate in Orthodontics. He is thrilled to be back home to practice orthodontics in Las Vegas.
Dr. Miller is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Miller and his wife, Tabitha, live in Henderson with their three children. He is an avid soccer player who loves to spend time watching and playing sports with his children and serving in his church. When not practicing orthodontics, in his free time Dr. Miller loves to golf, wakeboard, and watch the Kansas City Chiefs.
Dr. Tracy Wyatt
Dr. Tracy Wyatt was raised here in Las Vegas, right around the corner from our Buffalo location – Hansen Orthodontics. While attending Cheyenne High School, he met his wife Erica and enjoyed playing sports such as volleyball.
After graduating high school, Dr. Wyatt served a two year mission in Seoul, Korea, speaking Korean. Dr. Wyatt received a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from Brigham Young University. Later, he studied at Creighton University earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree, graduating Cum Laude. He then went on to complete an Orthodontic Residency program from Indiana University, graduating with a Master in Science.
He has received many awards and scholarships, and is a member of the Alpha Sigma Nu-National Jesuit Honor Society. When Dr. Wyatt is out of office; he spends time golfing, being outdoors, and serving in the church. He loves to watch college sports, and is a huge BYU Football and UNLV Basketball fan.
Dr. Wyatt married his high school sweetheart, Erica. They have three children, and are expecting their first grandchild. Erica has joined him in the orthodontic field and is an integral part of the Hansen Miller Orthodontics family. His patients love that he is gentle, kind and has a sense of humor.
